  • What dental insurances do you accept?

We are in-network with Delta Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield. The majority of our patients do not have insurance that we are in-network with and they still get excellent benefits, so don't think you can only use your plan at an in-network office.

  • How long will my cleaning and exam appointment take?

For existing patients, these appointments usually take about 45 minutes. For new patients, it will typically take about an hour and 15 minutes.

  • Where should I park?

Our office has a spacious parking lot for patients to park in.

  • Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we can see patients for dental emergencies and can often make a same-day appointment. If you are in a great deal of pain or have a cracked, damaged, or knocked-out tooth, please call us for an appointment as soon as possible.

  • Does dental insurance typically cover cosmetic treatments?

Dental insurance usually does not cover cosmetic treatments like veneers and whitening, although based on your individual plan and your unique needs it may cover a portion. Our team always tries to maximize your insurance benefits and let you know up front what costs to expect. We can also help you with financing options to help make your cost of care more affordable by paying over time.

  • What brand of clear aligners do you use?

We are proud providers of the SureSmile® system, which offers the same effective, comfortable, discreet treatment as other advertised brands in less treatment time and for hundreds of dollars less cost to you.

  • Are you affiliated with any professional organizations?

We are proudly affiliated with the following: Academy of General Dentists, American Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Christian Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Valley District Dental Society.

  • How many years of experience do you have?

Dr. Mark Bourcier has been practicing dentistry since 1993. The Feeding Hills Dental Care practice has been in business since 1974, and has been headed by Dr. Bourcier since 2019.

  • What are mini dental implants?

Mini dental implants are a smaller, less invasive, and less expensive type of implant. Learn more and discover if these implants may be right for you.
