Office Manager

Lisa and Dr. Bourcier have worked together since 2006. Lisa began her dental career over 29 years ago, wearing many hats along the way including receptionist, Clinical Manager, dental assistant, and insurance specialist. As Manager of our office she enjoys putting all of that experience and knowledge to work helping and interacting with our patients. Our patients enjoy her bubbly, positive personality, radiant smile, and insurance expertise. In addition to being a mother and stepmother, Lisa loves travel, painting, shopping, her dog Buddy and her cat Oliver.

Patient Coordinator

Barb has over 35 years of experience with insurance, 20 of which were in dentistry. She is an expert at helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits and meeting their scheduling needs. Outside of work Barb enjoys spending time with family and friends including exploring new breweries, gardening, and investigating her ancestry.

Dental Assistant

Carolyn has been an outstanding dental assistant since 1990. A native of Somers, CT, she and Dr. Bourcier have their dental procedures down to a science to a point where they appear to communicate telepathically. Carolyn has had long experience in prosthetic, orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry prior to coming to Feeding Hills Dental Care. She loves working out at the gym, hiking, and spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and dogs Elsie and Kirby. Fun fact: Carolyn's incredible chairside manner is no accident - her first degree was earned in Hospitality!

Registered Dental Hygienist

Liridona "Dona" is a wonderful dental hygienist with a calm chairside manner, passionate about working with her patients to achieve optimal oral health. Dona graduated from Springfield Technical Community College with her hygiene degree in 2015. She completed her Master's degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2019. She was previously clinical faculty at the STCC dental hygiene program. Dona is also licensed to administer dental anesthesia .A graduate of the Agawam school system, Dona was born in Kosovo and came to the U.S at age 7. She is fluent in Albanian (and English!)

Dona loves outdoor adventures with her husband and children, listening to music, podcasts, watching comedy movies and eating delicious food. She is also very excited to be raising pet chickens!

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mary grew up in West Springfield and earned her degree in dental hygiene at STCC. She has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 33 years. Much of her career was spent caring for patients with gum disease and implants in a periodontal specialty practice in Springfield. Today she brings that deep expertise and congenial, comfortable demeanor to the patients of Feeding Hills Dental Care. When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys her time as a mom and wife with her family in Chicopee. Mary has two crazy dogs, Rocco and Scooby, and loves taking them for walks. She also enjoys reading raunchy books at the beach!
